This role requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and adherence to safety and welfare standards for both the dog and the public. You will also carry out any additional duties as directed by Security Management to meet specific site or client requirements.

As a Close Protection Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the personal safety and security of clients in a range of environments and situations. You will provide discreet, professional, and proactive protection, maintaining constant awareness of potential threats and managing risks effectively. This role involves planning secure movements, conducting threat assessments, and working closely with clients to deliver a tailored security service. You will represent the company with the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times, while carrying out any additional duties as directed by Security Management.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the on-site security team to ensure the effective delivery of all security operations. You will oversee daily activities, allocate duties, and ensure all officers maintain the highest standards of professionalism and performance. Your role includes monitoring site operations, conducting regular inspections, and liaising with clients and Security Management to address any issues or specific requirements. You will also provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the security team to ensure the smooth delivery of all site operations. You will oversee staff performance, manage shift schedules, and ensure that all duties are carried out in line with company standards and client expectations. Your role involves supporting team members, addressing operational challenges, and maintaining effective communication between the team, clients, and Security Management.
